Return Policy
At Nahla Madison Home, we spend countless hours designing and compiling the best products the world has to offer. We love our products, and we hope you will too! We hope that you are greatly satisfied with your selections but understand not all purchases make the mark. In these instances, we will accept your returns. Our return policy requires items deemed fit for return and unused, the ability to be returned within 7 days of the delivery. Eligible items over $100 are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and shipping fees are nonrefundable. Items shipped with free shipping will be assessed the actual shipping costs associated with the order.
Returns must be made within the 7th day after the delivery date and must be in its original packaging and condition. One the items are returned to the warehouse, where they have been inspected, can the refund be given.
Items not allowed for Returns
We do not accept returns on Final Sale items. In addition, we do not accept items that contain the following:
- Custom orders
- Altered items
- Floor samples
- Orders deemed undeliverable due to size and/or weight restrictions. Please measure doorways, door openings, and accessibility prior to purchasing
- International Orders
- Already assembled Items, that were originally unassembled
To request a return, please call customer service or go to the Returns section and enter your order number and follow prompts . Returns need to be made within the 7th day from the delivery date.
Damage Items
On occasion there may be damage that occurs during shipping. Please note, we review and inspect all items prior to shipment. Once an item has been delivered, you must sign off with the delivery company and state “Damaged Upon Delivery”. If an item is severely damaged, you will need to refuse the item. Damage items will be inspected, repaired and/or replaced. All damaged items will need to be made to customer service or via our “Claims” section on the website within 24 hours of the delivery. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours from the order date. Any cancelation after the 24 hour time frame will be subject to Nahla Madison’s return policy.
Refunds
Once NMH receives your items and has inspected and deemed them returnable, you are able to receive either a store credit, or a refund via the original form of payments, subject to the 35% restocking fee and cost of outbound shipping. If we determine that there is customer abuse or unfavorable return patterns, we may refuse and prohibit customer transactions and/or returns from the said customer abuser.
As you can imagine, shipping items with various weight capacities requires a lot of time, planning, and costs. These are the reasons we unfortunately have to assess restocking fees. Please shop intentionally, but rest assured that each and every piece was curated with love!
